With a background in corporate finance and treasury, Robert has been involved with corporate acquisitions for over 20 years. Prior to founding Falcata, Robert has held several positions at Reynolds and Reynolds including Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development overseeing Reynolds' M&A activities and managing many of its operating companies.
Robert graduated from Texas A&M with a BBA in Accounting and an MBA. Robert is a member of the Dean's Advisory Board at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
Tommy Barras

Tommy comes to us with a vast amount of experience in running sizable software development and IT groups in various technology industries. He is an expert in his field and has strong software development and technical skills. Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to process improvement to the software development and IT areas of our portfolio companies.
Matt Zachary
Senior Associate
Matt brings a strong finance background and extensive corporate M&A experience to the team, having been involved in over 25 acquisitions. He holds a BA from Texas A&M University, an MBA from University of Houston - Clear Lake, and an MS in Finance from Penn State University.
